A: Yes. All Essence by Edith roll-on attars are 100% non-alcoholic and oil-based, making them gentler on skin and suitable for those who prefer alcohol-free fragrances.

Q: What fragrance collections do you offer?

A: We offer two main collections: International Signature fragrances (inspired by well-loved global perfume profiles) and Indian Classic itras (traditional Indian attar notes). Q: How long does the fragrance last?

A: Being concentrated and oil-based, most customers find our attars last 8–12 hours with just 2–3 rolls, depending on skin type and application. Applying on clean, moisturized pulse points helps the fragrance last longer.

Q: How do I apply the roll-on attar for the best results?

A: Roll it onto warm pulse points - inner wrists, behind the ears, base of the neck, collarbone, and inner elbows. Apply on clean or lightly moisturized skin, avoid rubbing your wrists together, and use just 2–3 rolls since the formula is concentrated. For extra longevity, dab a little unscented moisturizer on your pulse points before applying.

Q: What size do the attar bottles come in?

Q: Are your attars suitable for sensitive skin?

A: Our attars are alcohol-free and oil-based, which tends to be gentler than spray perfumes. That said, if you have known fragrance sensitivities, we recommend doing a small patch test on your inner arm before regular use.

Q: Are the soaps suitable for all skin types?

Q: Are your soaps handmade?

A: Yes, our soaps are handmade in small batches, which can lead to minor natural variations in colour, texture, or shape from bar to bar - this is normal and a sign of the handmade process, not a defect.

Q: How should I store and use the soap for it to last longer?

A: Keep the soap on a well-draining soap dish, away from standing water, and let it dry between uses. This helps handmade soaps last longer without turning mushy.

Q: What are the shipping charges within India?

A: Standard domestic shipping is FREE. If you'd like faster delivery, Express Shipping is available for an additional ₹350 (express mode is used, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed).

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Yes, COD is available in serviceable areas for a standard charge of ₹100. We also accept UPI, Credit/Debit Card, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Paytm. Please note: if a COD order is refused twice in a row, COD will no longer be available for future orders on that account.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. International orders typically take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Standard international shipping is ₹2000 (free above ₹20,000 order value), and covers freight only - any customs duties at your end are the customer's responsibility. COD is not available for international orders, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Dispatch timelines vary by product and are mentioned on each product page. COD orders may take slightly longer than prepaid orders, and remote locations may see minor delays - we'll keep you updated via SMS/email if that happens.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

A: All items except SALE items are eligible for exchange, provided it's initiated within 2 days of delivery. Please note exchanges are not offered on international orders.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns on a purchase unless the product you received is damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at contactus@edithvibes.com with photos of the product and packaging.
