Refund policy

Exchanges

All items, except those marked as SALE, are eligible for exchange. Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Please note, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

To initiate an exchange, email us at contactus@edithvibes.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Returns

We work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations. As such, we do not accept returns unless the product you receive arrives damaged. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging, to contactus@edithvibes.com, to be eligible for a return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. For prepaid orders, we will issue a full refund via bank transfer.

Credit Note

If you'd prefer not to exchange a product, we'll issue a credit note for the full order value, minus a convenience charge of ₹150. This credit note is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
