Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Edith Collections. We take full responsibility for your product until it reaches you.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- Express Shipping: ₹350 (ships via express mode, but does not guarantee next-day delivery)
Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 standard charge, available in serviceable areas
- Prepaid options: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay & Paytm
If we're unable to process your COD order, we'll inform you within 24 hours of order placement. Please note: if a COD order is refused twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders.
All orders ship through our courier partners and can be tracked directly on our website.
International Shipping
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery
- Standard shipping charge: ₹2,000 (covers freight only)
- FREE international shipping on orders above ₹20,000
- COD is not available for international orders
All customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility upon receiving the package. If customs charges are not paid, the order will be destroyed at customs — Edith Collections is not liable to resend the package or issue a refund in such cases.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email/SMS with your order summary and estimated delivery time.
Dispatch timelines vary by product and are listed on each product page. COD orders may take slightly longer to process than prepaid orders.
